Message	mentioned, Chuck is the guy to have your work done by. When you remember every bolt size & torque settings, you've been working on the Z far too long. If there was something major my friend and I couldn't tackle like doing the internals, Z sport is who I would go to. On another note of shops, I've heard of a Z shop in Tacoma that's apparently pretty good, but have zero experience with them. Goodluck.
